As part of the agreement, SER will make available Gryphon’s Guardian Interactive solution to its customers, providing an automated DNC solution for outbound contact centers.

Gryphon also uses internal Established Business Rules (EBRs) to apply to lists which can bring back up to 60% of contacts, previously flagged as DNC. This new offering means greater efficiency and productivity for call centers since they are armed with Gryphon’s “100% compliant 100% of the time” guarantee.
