The OnCall directory assistance service was created using the 411 database and then refined to make it more comprehensive. Instead of customers being forced to deal with recordings and an array of number selections, 800OnCall connects callers directly to a personal concierge.
The OnCall concierge service provides information assistance including: driving guides and directions, airline flight information, movie times and listings, dining guides and reservations, up to the minute sport scores, stock quotes, weather reports, horoscopes, and more.
